How to do High Jump

High jump is a sport where you have two poles with an orange and black bar in the middle and a mat below. With high jump you jump as high as you can. This is how you high jump.

First you go at least six meters away from the bar. Next get ready to run. Before you run you can stretch your muscles. After, run to the side of the mat. When close, turn, and jump while swinging your arms and legs. Land safely on the mat.

This way you will do great at all your jumps.
